Terms & Conditions

1. All items are brand new and 100% authentic.



2. For COACH products, gift receipts (proof of authencity) will be provided upon request. ( View sample of gift receipt )



3. PAYMENTS. All sales are final. At least 60% of your total payment must be received prior to shipping. Payments can be made to any of our following bank accounts: Maybank2u or CIMB. If possible, pls insert your order # as the payment description. Once payment is made, please send us an "Payment Sent" email of your order #, payment date, payment time (morning, afternoon, night), name of payer and your bank name.
   
   
   We do accept PayPal payment. But, only payments in USD according to our converted amount in the order confirmation email are accepted. Buyer will have to pay for an extra 3% off your total amount in USD (shipping included) as for the processing fee.
   
   



4. PAYMENTS (cont). At least 60% of your total amount must be made within 2 days after receiving the order confirmation email from us. Otherwise the product(s) selected in your order will be released for other customers.



5. RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND. All goods are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Photos with ATVFashion watermark displayed were taken personally by us. We guarantee everything you see here is what you'll get! However, the colors of the actual products might somehow slightly different due to different monitor settings.



6. Strictly no back outs after payment is made. Your payment or deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. ONLY serious buyers are welcome.



7. SHIPPING. All COACH products will be shipped from the United States unless otherwise stated. All customs duty, tax, etc will be borne by the BUYER. An email notification will be sent to you when the item has been shipped. We do not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling.



8. SHIPPING INSURANCE. All shippings (include FREE shippings) do not include insurance indemnity unless otherwise stated. You will have to pay an extra charge for for any indemnity limit above the automatic indemnity limit (if provided). The insurance fees start at USD 3.40 for the first USD 100 indemnity limit, an increment of USD 1 will be charged for each subsequent USD 100 indemnity limit. The maximum indemnity limit is USD 700. MUST specify indemnity limit at time of order. We strongly recommend our customers to purchase shipping insurance.



9. If item of any brand that you are looking for is not found in this blog, please email us the product details (including the product code or style number) with your budget. We will try our best to get it for you.
   
   Please note that items purchased from specific websites provided by buyers require a 20% commission off your total amount. Commission is our only earning.
   



10. PRE-ORDER. Pre-order items take longer time to reach Malaysia via Priority Mail International, about 10-15 days. You have to pay at least 30% of your pre-order total amount before we purchase the item(s) for you (payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if you CANCEL your order). 60% off your total amount must be cleared prior to shipping. A full amount of payment will be returned to buyers only if we cannot get you the item(s) at the end (not included PayPal payments). For buyers who pay using PayPal, we will only return the full amount minus PayPal processing fees.
